Step 1: Send in your lens to us for installation.

• This is not an end-user installable product.
• Use Adobe Acrobat Reader to open our address label, fill out your return address, and print it.
• Fill out this order form, print it, and include it in the box.
• US/Canada only: Please include a cheque payment (US or Canadian bank), payable to "Coneos Imaging Corporation", along with the lens in the same package. (Do not use this shopping cart because the shopping cart will overcharge you the international shipping rate.)
• Canadian residents pay GST/HST; BC residents additionally pay PST.
• Outside of US/Canada: if your country is on this list please feel free to send us your lenses first and pay after they have arrived and passed basic functionality tests. We are only able to ship to countries on this list.
• Based on the amount of backlog we have accumulated and our historical capacity data in 2009 we estimate your turnaround time will be 6.4 months.

Step 2: Track your lens

• 3 weeks afterwards, track your lens with our online lens tracking database system, by either the serial number of your lens or the tracking number the post office gave you when you send your lens.
• We will test your lens for basic AF/AE functionality before commencing conversion. Our lens tracking database system will show the results.
• If your lens fails the test, it will be automatically forwarded to Contax Japan for service. You will receive a quote from Contax Japan on the repair charges. You will have the option of declining the quote and getting the lens back unrepaired, or paying Contax Japan by wire transfer in Japanese yen. Do NOT buy a used lens on for example eBay when neither you nor the seller have a Contax N camera body to test it, because by the time we find out that it does not work, it would already be too late.

Step 3: Pay

• US/Canada: you have already paid by cheque in step 1.
• Outside of US/Canada: Pay using this shopping cart after our lens tracking database shows your lens has been modified.
• This shopping cart is denominated in Canadian dollars (change).
• Prices are revised from time to time due to currency fluctuations.
• In order to keep things simple there is no quantity discount or other discounts of any kind. Everybody pays the same price. However, you pay the same shipping charge regardless of how many lenses you convert in the same order - again to keep things simple.
• Alternatively, you may also send payment directly from PayPal to .
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct when you check-out. We will not be able to change the shipping address once you have checked-out.
